The SnoreCure snoring appliance is designed differently than other snoring devices and does not put the occlusion in an unnatural position (lower jaw advanced beyond bite). The SnoreCure is designed to keep the airway open by preventing the lower jaw from drifting backwards during sleep which can block and reduce the airway. Research shows that approximately 80% of snoring patients experience this backward drifting during sleep but by utilizing the SnoreCure device with built-in internal therapy built, snoring can be reduced, teeth grinding prevented, nasal breathing encouraged, but most importantly, keeping the airway open. More severe snorers who have a reduced airway to a point that advancement of the lower jaw needs to occur, the SnoreCure Advance is available to assist.
